15 Days Umrah Package
- Mumbai to Jeddah flight (Carry all necessary documents – Mentioned in Checklist)
- AHRAM (Clothing) to be worn by HAJJI before arriving at the airport.
- Arrival at Mumbai airport - 5 Hours before departure.
- Gather at point informed earlier. Our representative will be available at the point.
- Complete the govt. Immigration formality & board the aircraft.
- Baggage weight to be as per Airline policy. (Mentioned on Ticket)
- Landing at Jeddah Airport
- Completing the KSA immigration formalities.
- Meeting point at the Jeddah Airport, all Hajji to assemble at the point mentioned by the
representative. - KSA Authority will guide all Hajji to respective Bus service, which will take you to your allocated
Hotel in Makkah. - Our representative at Hotel will allocate rooms to all Hajji accordingly & Check-in.
- Depending on arrival time, food will be served (Break-fast or Lunch or Dinner)
- Depending on the arrival time (Flight time), after some rest Hajji will be diverted to perform their
Umrah. (Please refer the attached guide on “How to Perform Umrah”). - After performing Umrah (Max 3 Hours), return to Hotel to freshen up.
Hajji to perform as much as possible the following
- Prayers
- Recitation of Quran
- Tawaf
- Umrah from Masjid E Aisha (Optional)
- Ziyarat within Makkah
- Immediately after Fajr Prayer, breakfast will be served and Hajji to rush towards Bus.
- Our representative will guide & explain the importance of the places visited.
- Return from Ziyarat and perform Zohr in Haram.
Hajji to perform as much as possible the following
- Prayers
- Recitation of Quran
- Umrah from Masjid E Aisha (Optional)
- Alwidai Tawaf (Independent or with Group) – Hajji’s last visit before heading to Madina.
Preparation & Travel from Makkah to Madina (Approx. 8 Hours journey by Bus).
- Checkin hotel in Madina & rest.
- Fajr prayers in Masjid E Nabvi.
- After Fajr prayers (Only Men) to go for Ziyarat of Roza Sherief.
- Post return, Breakfast will be served for all Hajji.
- Post Asr prayers, (Only Men) to go for Ziyarat to Jannal Ul Baqi.
After Fajr prayers, post breakfast Ziyarat of Madina Munawara
- Hajji to perform as much as Ziyarat, Prayers, Riyazul Jannah, Asahabe Sufah, etc.
- Free to explore.
- Preparation and return to Jeddah Airport (By bus 8 Hours).
- 5 Ltr can Zam Zam at Airport
- Jeddah to Mumbai flight.

Important Notes
- 1) 1 Day for Ziyarat - In between stay of Makkah and Madina, added in package after Fajr prayers to Zohar prayers. Other than Ziyarat of holy place Taif, Badar, Jurana. Subject to availability at an extra cost at actuals (To be paid directly to authority)
- 2) All payments to be paid in full before the application of Visa
- 3) Incase the payments are not made in full; confirmation of travel cannot be given and company is not liable for any loss arising due to this
- 4) Passport should be valid for minimum of 6 months from the travel date.
- 5) All necessary medical test to be done by passenger much before the visa application.
- 6) All rooms are on Quad (4 Pax) Sharing basis.
- 7) Any exceptional cases for Twin sharing rooms, will be at an extra cost and need to be informed well in advance.
- 8) Food menu can be customised for private groups based on the number of passengers in the group
